Hey there, and welcome to my page. I'm Elizabeth Foley — the Soccer Sideline Photo Enthusiast turned full-on photographer.
My photography journey kicked off not in a studio, but on the sidelines of my son's soccer games. There I was, a proud mom armed with nothing but my trusty iPhone and a dream; desperately trying to freeze those fast-footed, blink-and-you-miss-it moments.
[Spoiler alert: the iPhone tried its best, but zooming in gave me nothing but pixelated blobs that might have been my son. Or someone else's kid. Who knows?]
I’ve always loved photography, but for a long time, my “adult camera dreams” were just that, dreams. Life and bills had other plans. But one day, I finally took the leap, got the gear, and haven’t looked back since. Fast forward: I'm taking photos on the sideline of a soccer game, and a joke about taking senior photos for my friend's daughter turned into a real-life photography journey.
